Austin Herlihy joined Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments in 2005. His consistency, reputation and top-performer status over the years earned him the distinction of Senior Vice President in 2014. Herlihy and his partner, Steve Brown, have completed over $650 million in total transaction value and have leased/sold over two million square feet.

Herlihy has been one of the most productive commercial real estate agents in the region during the past two years. He was the lead on the sale of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel listed for $150 million as well as the high profile sale of the Hotel California/Entrada de Santa Barbara project, which is highly anticipated to change the landscape of lower State Street. Additionally, he represented both parties in the much publicized “Chapala One” condo project listed for $30.5 million, and sold the $50 million first trust deed on the Miramar Hotel project for Barclays Capital.

Herlihy and Brown were named 2008 “Dealmakers of the Year” by the Pacific Coast Business Times. In 2009, Herlihy was selected as a “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” and also received “40 under 40” recognition as one of the top 40 businessmen under the age of 40 on the central coast.

Prior to Radius, Herlihy served as a project manager/professional sailor for some of the most successful professional sailing teams and businessmen in the world. He remains active in the Santa Barbara community and recently completed the Santa Barbara Foundation’s Katherine Harvey Fellowship program which teaches young professionals about the nonprofit community and the grant-making and fundraising processes. Herlihy is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
