Gene Deering has specialized in the leasing and sales of all types of commercial property since 2004. Gene had previously worked for CB Richard Ellis in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties , where in 2005 he helped facilitate the sales and leasing of more than 270,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail space with a total value of more than $35 million while working with Paul Gamberdella. As a member of the Tuler/Gamberdella Team in 2006-2008 the Team completed 175 transactions valued at more than $415 million.

An integral part of the Tuler/Gamberdella Team, Gene is involved in a high volume of diverse transactions.
