Gene Deering specializes in the leasing and sales of all types of commercial property. Gene had previously worked for CB Richard Ellis in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, where in 2005 he helped facilitate the sales and leasing of more than 270,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail space with a total value of more than $35 million while working with Paul Gamberdella.  As a member of the Tuler/Gamberdella Team in 2006 the Team completed 66 transactions valued at more than $234 million.

 

An integral part of the Tuler/Gamberdella Team, Gene is involved in a high volume of diverse transactions. This exposure combined with his background in economics positions Gene as an invaluable source for market conditions, trend analysis, and accurate property valuation that enable his clients to make the most informed business decisions.
