STEPHEN J. BROWN, Principal and Managing Partner at RADIUS GROUP Commercial Real Estate, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with experience in sales and leasing of commercial, multi family and industrial investment properties in Santa Barbara County.
Steve has been actively involved in the marketing and sales of investment properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties for the past 31 years. During that period, his sales volume has exceeded $300 million. His specialty is analyzing investment properties and representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of these properties. Steve's reputation for fair and aggressive representation of his clients has earned him the respect and following of many of the established Real Estate investors in Santa Barbara.
Some of Steve's clients include the County of Santa Barbara, Goleta Union School District, Hewlett Packard, Archon Group, Global Brand Marketing, and Haywards Lumber Co., among others.
