STEVE GOLIS . . . WHEN EXPERIENCE COUNTS

Steve Golis, co-founder of Radius Group Commercial Realty, claims over twenty-eight years experience in Commercial Real Estate throughout California's Central Coast. He specializes exclusively in the sale of residential income properties and is noted as the local leader in sales for the past thirteen years. During the 1990s, Steve accounted for over 75% of all multi-family property sales of over 5 units in Santa Barbara County. His commitment to quality service led to his recognition as one of the top ten commercial agents in the country in 1994 and 1995 for Prudential, where he sold real estate for fifteen years before transferring to Pacifica Group as an Associate Vice President. Steve possesses degrees in Political Science and Business. He regularly attends seminars and programs which further his knowledge of the industry and its trends, thereby offering his clients the most complete and up-to-date information available.STEVE GOLIS . . . During the years 1990-1995, Steve achieved recognition as a member of the President's Circle for Prudential, which placed him in the top 3% of more than 31,000 agents nationwide. His unflagging efforts on behalf of his clients and the resulting achievements led to a sales volume consistently placing him (and continues to do so) in the top percentile of his company. In 1994, he was placed on the National Advisory Council of Prudential-one of only 18 agents (out of 31,000) to be invited-an honor based upon strict production guidelines. Steve received the distinct honor of being named the number one agent for Pacifica Commercial Realty in 1998, 2000 and again in 2001. The award was based on total sales revenue and sales volume. Since Radius Group's inception in 2002, Steve continues to prove himself one of the most capable and top producing agents not only in the company, but also throughout the greater region. In January of 2006, Steve represented the seller of the CBC and Chimney Sweep Apartments in Isla Vista. These two hundred and thirty eight units sold for $57,100,000. Steve also proudly sponsors the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Winter Wine Down event in Santa Ynez and is head chair member of the MDA’s Black and Blue Ball. He is active in many functions of the local Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys skiing, scuba diving, racquetball and maintains a third-degree black belt in Karate.
