Scott Glenn, MBA
Scott has been a leading producer in the Santa Barbara commercial real estate field for 18 years and is one of the four principals at Radius Group. He helps his clients achieve their financial goals by implementing a personalized, consultative, and analysis-based approach. Scott’s team totals 4 persons: 3 agents and an assistant. They target the listing and sale of investment, owner-user commercial properties and apartments in SB and northward. They also have substantial experience in land sales for redevelopment projects. Steve Brown
Stephen Brown, Principal and Founding Partner at RADIUS GROUP Commercial Real Estate, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with experience in sales and leasing of commercial, multi family and industrial investment properties in Santa Barbara County. Steve is a graduate of U.C.S.B. with a Masters of Science Degree.
Steve has been actively involved in the marketing and sales of investment properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties for the past 34 years. His specialty is analyzing investment properties and representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of these properties. Bob Tuler
For 30 years, BOB TULER, Principal of Radius Group Commercial Real Estate, has specialized in the Leasing and Sales of Office, Industrial, Retail and R&D properties, representing the Owners, Buyers and Tenants in many of the largest commercial sales and lease transactions in Santa Barbara , Goleta and Carpinteria. Bob Tuler's 30 years in commercial real estate and his high volume of completed transactions afford him a unique, long-range view of the Santa Barbara area commercial market. Over this time period he has completed the most commercial sales and lease transactions of any agent in Santa Barbara County . Since 1991, Mr. Tuler remains a significant contributor to the UCSB Economic Forecast Project, serving as a Board Member/Chairperson and providing comprehensive lease rate data and analysis on available commercial properties on the South Coast . Bob Tuler holds a California Real Estate Broker License and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from UCSB.

Steve Golis
Steve Golis, co-founder of Radius Group Commercial Realty, claims over twenty-eight years experience in Commercial Real Estate throughout California’s Central Coast. He specializes exclusively in the sale of residential income properties and is noted as the local leader in sales for the past thirteen years. During the 1990s, Steve accounted for over 75% of all multi-family property sales of over 5 units in Santa Barbara County. His commitment to quality service led to his recognition as one of the top ten commercial agents in the country in 1994 and 1995 for Prudential, where he sold real estate for fifteen years before transferring to Pacifica Group as an Associate Vice President. Steve possesses degrees in Political Science and Business. He regularly attends seminars and programs which further his knowledge of the industry and its trends, thereby offering his clients the most complete and up-to-date information available.

Mike Chenoweth
Michael Chenoweth is a senior agent with Radius Group Commercial Real Estate, and one of the original founding members of the company.
For more than 12 years Michael has been involved in the sales, leasing, and management of Commercial Real Estate. In this time Michael has gained great knowledge and experience by handling a number of complex lease and sale transactions. Michael has represented both tenants and landlords in retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carpinteria and Goleta areas.
His experience allows him to provide landlords with the information they need to make informed decisions regarding tenants, lease extensions, lease terminations and disposition of properties through a sale.

Brad Frohling
Brad Frohling is a senior sales associate with the Radius Group since 2002 specializing in commercial lease and sale transactions.
Brad transitioned into commercial brokerage in 2000 representing a group of private investors. During this period, Brad completed several off market transactions that resulted in excellent returns in the Santa Barbara market. Brad was involved in value creation plays including the reposition of existing assets and entitlements.
In August of 2002, Brad joined the Radius Group as a sales and leasing agent. Since that move to the Radius Group, Brad has completed over $200,000,000 in local sales and leasing transactions. Brad takes a creative, solution oriented approach to the business which has resulted in a high volume of deals. Brad is committed to serving clients with integrity and expertise keeping a specialized focus on retail, office & industrial brokerage on the South Coast of Santa Barbara.

Brian Johnson
Brian Johnson joined Radius Group in 2004 specializing in the leasing and sale of commercial properties. Prior to joining Radius Group, Brian spent two years with Pacifica Commercial Realty. He also has seven years experience in the wireless communications industry working on land and building leases for cell phone companies. Brian graduated from Auburn University in 1993 with a degree in Economics. Brian and his wife live in Santa Barbara with their two children.

Paul Gamberdella
Paul Gamberdella joined Radius Group in 2006, teaming up with Radius Co-Founder Bob Tuler to form the Tuler/Gamberdella Team. Previously Mr. Gamberdella was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Santa Barbara. Over the past 9 years Paul has been involved in commercial real estate sales and lease transactions valued at over $400 million in total consideration. As a specialist in office, R&D, and industrial properties, Mr. Gamberdella has represented property owners and tenants in many of the largest commercial real estate deals on Santa Barbara County ’s South Coast . Mr. Gamberdella's client list includes DuPont Corporation, Nusil Technology, Veeco Instruments, Federal Express, Openwave Systems, Toyon Research, Samy's Camera and Santa Barbara Harley Davidson. In 2007, Paul received the Pacific Coast Business Times' "40 under 40" award.

Gene Deering
Gene Deering specializes in the leasing and sales of all types of commercial property. Gene had previously worked for CB Richard Ellis in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties , where in 2005 he helped facilitate the sales and leasing of more than 270,000 square feet of office, industrial, and retail space with a total value of more than $35 million while working with Paul Gamberdella. As a member of the Tuler/Gamberdella Team in 2006 the Team completed 66 transactions valued at more than $234 million.

Austin Herlihy

Kirk Carson
Kirk Carson partners with Scott Glenn as part of the Glenn Team. Since 2005 he has teamed with Scott to broker 29 lease deals and 57 sale deals with a total value of over $154,000,000. Kirk brings an analytic background from his years at Pacific Consulting Group and uses this analytical based approach and disciplined work ethic to provide accurate and invaluable investment and market analysis for his clients. Although working with Scott Glenn has given Kirk experience with office, industrial, retail and apartment properties, his passion is development real estate and he is an active participant in local private development partnerships.

Daniel McGregor
Daniel McGregor is a member of the Steve Golis Apartment Sales Team where he specializes in analyzing multi-unit investments in Ventura and Santa Barbara and representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sales of these properties. Before joining Radius Group, Daniel was a successful residential agent at Remax Gold Coast Realtors in Ventura. Daniel graduated from UCSB in 2001 with a degree in Communications and has been a licensed CA real estate broker since 2005.

Jason Jaeger
Jason Jaeger joined Radius Group in 2008 as part of the Glenn Team to focus on leasing and sales of commercial properties. Prior to Radius Group, Jason was the in-house broker for Paradise Holding/Management Companies, LLC, a Santa Barbara based real estate firm. At Paradise, Jason co-managed 30 Commercial Buildings totaling 180,000 sq. ft as well as headed the leasing department. In addition, Jason has co-syndicated larger apartment complexes outside of the Santa Barbara area and gained an understanding for the Santa Barbara entitlement process through his partnership in local development projects.
As a member of the Glenn team, which has completed over $100M of transactions in the past 2 years, Jason will bring his extensive local leasing network, broad real estate knowledge base, hard work, and creativity to understand and achieve his client’s goals.
