Radius Group Commercial Real Estate Continues to Sell Apartment Buildings with Immense Buying Competition

 

 

Radius Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased announce the sale of a 16 unit apartment building in Ojai, California. Steve Golis, Co-founder of Radius Group and Jan Finley on the Golis Team successfully represented both buyer and seller. The subject property at

301-305 N. Signal Street
sold for $120,000 per unit at a 5.72% cap rate. The property sits on a 15,000 square foot commercially zoned lot and is located two blocks from the newly renovated Ojai avenue. The seller had owned the property for 8 years and exchanged into a NNN TIC in Georgia.   The buyer, who owns other apartment properties in Santa Barbara County, is an LLC from Southern California.
