Stephen J. Brown, principal and founding partner at Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with extensive experience in the sales and leasing of commercial, multifamily and industrial investment properties in Santa Barbara County. He holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Brown has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of investment properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties for the past 43 years. His specialty is analyzing investment properties and representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of these properties. Brown has been retained as an expert witness in court trials involving commercial real estate and has been a guest lecturer at Santa Barbara City College, UCSB and the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors, as well as a moderator at the annual Radius Economic forecast. He is also a member of Santa Barbara Toastmasters and the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce.
