Steve Golis is a Partner and Co-Founder of Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, established in 2002. Since 1979 Golis has been involved full-time in the marketing and sales of primarily residential income properties in the Tri Counties. Over his 38-year career this has amounted to more than 13,000 units sold, with sales volume during the past decade exceeding more than $1 Billion.

Prior to Radius, Golis was Associate Vice President at Pacifica Commercial where he was the highest producing agent in 1998, 2000, and 2001. Prior to joining Pacifica in 1996, he was associated with Prudential California Realty as a commercial agent for 16 years. His outstanding performance placed him in the esteemed Leading Edge Club, Inner Circle and President’s Club. He was also on the National Advisory Council for the company’s Commercial Services Division—one of only eighteen out of 31,000 agents nationally. He regularly attends seminars and programs which further his knowledge of the industry and its trends.

Golis holds degrees in political science and business. He has been a speaker at numerous affairs and has been retained by professional organizations to lecture on the apartment market. He is a contributing author to the UCSB Economic Forecast Project, the Greater Central California Coast Forecast Project and the California State Economic Forecast Project. In 2013, Golis received the Jack Kelly Award for most challenging 1031 Exchange.
