Steve Golis is a Partner and Co-Founder of Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, established in 2002. Over his 38-year career, this has amounted to more than 13,000 units sold, with sales volume exceeding more than $1 Billion during the past decade. Since 1979, Golis has been involved in all aspects of marketing and selling residential income properties along the Central Coast. As a leader in the industry, Steve has extensive knowledge of the trends in the multi-family world which gives him the ability to connect the investor/client with the most suitable property using his unique skills developed over time.

As a long-standing supporter of his community, Steve most recently accepted the position of Co-Chair for “Go Red For Women,” American Heart Association (AHA). In fact, he is involved with multiple organizations, to name a few: Rancheros Visitadores, The Santa Barbara Trail Riders, Old Spanish Days, as well as a Board Member of the Community Housing Council.

Golis holds degrees in political science and business from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He has been a speaker at numerous affairs and has been retained by professional organizations to lecture on his specialty, the apartment market. Using his expertise, he is a contributing author to the UCSB Economic Forecast Project, the Greater Central California Coast Forecast Project and the California State Economic Project. In 2013, Golis received the Jack Kelly Award for Most Challenging 1031 Exchange.
