Rob Devericks has specialized in the sale, leasing and repositioning of retail properties throughout the Central Coast for the last 20 years. His area of expertise is the ability to assist shopping center owners in adding value to their centers both by improving the quality of tenants in a center and by using his command of the market to increase rental income. He is also active in tenant site selection and site acquisition, as well as retail investment sales throughout the Central Coast.

Devericks recently aided in the purchase of an approx. 130,000 SF regional center in Moorpark, and during the pandemic he successfully negotiated an approx. 38,000 SF lease with Amazon Fresh Market, which will become the center’s primary anchor tenant. This new anchor will help increase the shop space rent in the center by 15–20%.

Devericks’ expertise in retail leasing in his market helps him regularly and effectively sell triple net leased investments. In 2021, for example, he sold a Starbucks in Newbury Park, and is currently selling a Walgreens in Moorpark.

Prior to joining Radius, Devericks was Vice President for 10 years at Hagelis Group, a regional boutique retail firm. He began his retail career at NAI Capital based in Ventura County in 2003, where he helped build a new retail group.
