That approach has served Lori Zahn well since joining Radius in 2008, working alongside company founder and principal Steve Golis as market leaders in the sale and purchase of multifamily investments throughout Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties. Lori also co-owns two Santa Barbara based construction businesses with her husband Steve and parlays that experience into her work at Radius.

Lori’s depth of expertise in property management, construction and escrow are key advantages in her success coordinating complex multifamily and commercial transactions on behalf of a broad local and out-of-market client base.

A California native, Lori has deep roots in Santa Barbara and regularly volunteers with many local non-profits including the Buddhist group, SGI-USA. “Helping people that are facing challenges in their daily life gives me great peace and balance,” she says. “I also relax by target shooting, seriously! It really clears the mind.”
