Michael Chung joined Radius in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties within Santa Barbara County.
Prior to Radius, Michael worked in San Diego as an industrial specialist at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerage firm. There, Michael and his team played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s local industrial division. Through his efforts, he acquired invaluable experience and expertise in leasing single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties, catering to the needs of both private investors and business owners.
Michael’s journey in the real estate industry began with an internship and agent role at an industrial brokerage while pursuing his degree at the University of San Diego. This early exposure, combined with his passion for expanding his knowledge, has been a driving force in his career.
