Radius Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that El Paso Import Company, a vintage style furniture store, has leased 3,785 square feet at 127 W Canon Perdido, Suite C, in downtown Santa Barbara. Formerly The Opportunity Shop, 127 W. Canon Perdido, is a 12,310 square foot retail building located one block from Paseo Nuevo and State Street. The new owners are extensively improving and renovating the building by upgrading the restrooms, parking lot, paint, electrical, store retail entrances, extensive floor work and opening of various walls. The landlord has divided this retail building into three suites of which El Paso Imports will be occupying one third.
