A little history… In 2016, Hagelis Retail Advisors, based in the city of Ventura, CA, joined Radius Commercial Real Estate, based in Santa Barbara a few miles to the north, to provide even greater reach, access, value and competitive advantage to our combined clientele. With physical offices in both Ventura and Santa Barbara (and now the Santa Ynez Valley!), the strategic move allowed our teams to expand upon our dominant arsenals of services, creating unique synergies between our offices to serve all commercial categories in a wider region.

Our Ventura brokers remain leaders in retail sales and leasing in Ventura County, delivering superior service and results while helping build and maximize wealth for our many retailer, developer, investor and institutional clients. Their specialties include investment sales, disposition of excess properties, consulting services and development of retail properties. They are also experts in tenant representation, managing the local interests of several national and regional brands including Lowe’s, Islands Restaurants, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, Foods Co, Western Federal Credit Union, Lassen’s, Yogurtland and Ace Hardware.

Highlights of previous major developments include the Simi Valley Town Center with Forest City & Corti-Gilchrist, the 500,000 square foot Esplanade in Oxnard developed by M&H Realty Partners, and Shopping at the Rose in Oxnard with Rothbart Development. We are currently handling the leasing of new developments throughout the Central Coast and Southern California.
