KEYT: Commercial Real Estate Is Selling Depsite Sluggish Economy
Some of the most well known landmark properties in Santa Barbara have been sold. This despite a soft market and an economy that is still trying to recover.

Another trophy location property that just sold is Hotel State Street. Just a couple of blocks from the ocean on State Street, this eighty year old hotel fell out of favor with visitors because it has more than fifty rooms, but only six bathrooms.
