Ventura Investment Co. has sold the 27-unit Monte Vista Townhomes Phase II on Del Norte Street in Ventura.
Steve Golis and Lori Zahn of Radius Commercial represented both the buyer and seller with Lawyers Title providing title and escrow services.
The price was not disclosed but the proceeds will be reinvested in the SoCal market.
The Camarillo-based firm also closed the sale of Store Safe Self Storage in Fountain Hills, Ariz. with Colliers International representing both buyer and seller.
Both the Monte Vista and Store Safe project investors were originally organized by Ventura Investments President Barton Stern.
