Lowe’s Home Improvement recently signed a 20-year lease for its first Santa Maria location at the Enos Ranch project at Highway 101 and Betteravia Road.
Lowe’s will move into a 140,000-square-foot building alongside Costco, Chick-fil-A and Buffalo Wild Wings, according to Bill Hagelis of Radius-Hagelis Retail Advisors. The Radius Group acquired the Hagelis Group in September.
Dick’s Sporting Goods is also reportedly in negotiation to lease space at the center.
The project, which dates back to 2008, is one of the largest developments in Santa Maria. It will also include an elementary school, more than 300 apartments, parks and open space.
