Radius: Radius promotes Gene Deering to Senior Vice President

Deering has been a broker with Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments since 2006.

Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments has announced the promotion of Gene Deering to Senior Vice President. Deering joined the brokerage in 2006 and has worked in partnership with Radius principals Bob Tuler and Paul Gamberdella in the leasing and sale of commercial properties on the Central Coast.

While at Radius Deering has participated in 744 transactions valued at more than $1 billion. In 2016 Deering, Tuler and Gamberdella completed 19 sale transactions and 58 lease transactions involving more than 567,000 sq. ft. and valued at nearly $98 million.

“I have worked with Gene for over 10 years. His work ethic is unmatched and he has been a major contributor to Radius’ success. It’s been my privilege to watch him advance his career to the highest level as a top broker in our region,” said Gamberdella.

Deering holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received the scholar athlete award three consecutive years for his standout role on the Gauchos soccer team. He is a past president of the Santa Barbara Semana Nautica and later this year will become president of the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table.
