French Press to open in Goleta |
South Coast-based coffee retailer The French Press is expanding to a third location in Goleta. According to a news release from Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, which helped transact the deal, the business has leased a space in the bustling high-tech corridor near the corner of Storke Road and Hollister Avenue.
The French Press, a popular local hangout for coffee connoisseurs with two downtown Santa Barbara locations, will occupy nearly 2,000 square feet of the former Bicycle Bob’s at 250 Storke Road, which is across the street from Camino Real Marketplace.
The homegrown company’s renovation plans include a more open layout and new patios for patrons to enjoy their locally roasted brews and homemade baked goods.
An opening date has not been set.
