Brad Frohling, Partner and Principal of Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, has specialized in commercial leasing and sales transactions since 2002. He entered into commercial brokerage in January, 2000, representing a group of private investors and completing several off market transactions that resulted in excellent returns in the Santa Barbara area.

A 1994 graduate of Westmont College, Frohling enjoyed much success managing the Eastern United States for Oakley Corporation. While at Oakley, his many achievements included helping grow his sales division from $8 Million in sales to $16.5 Million in just three years, as well as launching new product lines including footwear, outerwear and optical products.
