Gene Deering has specialized in the leasing and sales of all types of commercial property since 2004. He had previously worked for CB Richard Ellis in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. While at Radius, he has worked with Bob Tuler and Paul Gamberdella to complete 744 transactions valued at more than $1 Billion since 2006. In 2017, the trio completed 20 sale transactions and 46 lease transactions involving more than 678,000 sq. ft. and valued at more than $101 Million.

During the last two years, Deering has been a featured speaker at the Radius Economic Forecast. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics. He received the scholar athlete award three consecutive years for his role representing the Gauchos intercollegiate soccer team. In 2012 and 2016, Deering was recognized as “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” by the Pacific Coast Business Times.
