Blake Andrews specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties on the Central Coast.

A native of Santa Barbara and a commercial real estate professional for over two decades, Blake has seen firsthand the evolution of commercial real estate and business opportunity across Santa Barbara and its surrounding communities. He brings in-depth market knowledge and a genuine feel for the community at large — staying ahead of emerging trends in an area best known as the “American Riviera.”

Prior to joining Radius, Blake spent 17 years as Founder/Broker of his own firm, Presidio Commercial Real Estate. Before that, he served as agent/broker for one of the most prominent commercial brokerage firms on California’s Central Coast, specializing in sales, leasing, market analysis, and real estate valuations for individual property owners as well as large companies with extensive commercial portfolios. He also draws on an earlier career as a top-producing corporate sales executive, an experience that continues to shape how he serves clients today.

Blake is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara. He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Gina, their two sons, Jackson and Ryan, and their yellow lab, Parker.
