Since joining Radius in 2002, Brad Frohling has completed over $1 billion in local sale and lease transactions using a creative, solution oriented approach to getting deals done. Brad specializes in retail, office, industrial and local investments. Serving clients with market expertise, experience and integrity has resulted in genuine community relationships, loyal clients, and a high volume of successful transactions.
Brad entered the brokerage business in 1999 representing a group of private investors and prior to that had experience managing the Eastern United States for Oakley corporation. Brad has personally developed and managed local property giving him an owner’s perspective that benefits clients.
