Since joining Radius in 2002, Brad Frohling has completed over $1 billion in local sale and lease transactions with a creative, solution oriented approach to business. Brad specializes in retail, industrial, office and development sectors. Serving clients with market expertise, experience and integrity has resulted in genuine community relationships, loyal clients and a high volume of business.

Brad entered into commercial brokerage in 1999 representing a group of private investors completing numerous off market transactions that resulted in excellent returns in the Santa Barbara area. Prior to that Brad enjoyed success as a regional sales manager for Oakley Corporation where his domestic territory more than doubled revenue in less than four years.

Brad now serves as Executive Vice President at Radius and enjoys various community engagements.
