Mike Chenoweth is an original founder and Senior Vice President of Radius Commercial Real Estate whose career spans more than three decades of leadership in Central Coast commercial real estate. Widely respected for his strategic insight and relationship-driven approach, Mike has built a reputation for helping clients maximize returns while navigating the complexities of evolving market cycles.

Over 30+ years, he has negotiated and structured a wide range of sophisticated transactions—representing both buyers and sellers in complex lease negotiations, investment sales, and long-term portfolio strategies. His client roster reflects that depth, having represented global and national tenants including Northrop Grumman, Cree, Corning, FLIR, and Wachovia Bank, alongside prominent private investors.

Mike’s transaction footprint stretches across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and land assets throughout the region.

Raised in Santa Barbara, Mike has deep personal and professional roots in the community he serves. He continues to invest his time locally, serving on the board of the Coast Village Road Improvement Association since 2022, reflecting his long-standing commitment to the vitality and growth of the region.
